For more than six decades, Lake Naomi Real Estate, Inc. has been part of the story of the Lake Naomi and Timber Trails Community—not simply selling homes here, but helping build, shape, and serve the community we know today.
Our roots reach back to the very beginning. In 1963, approximately 2,600 acres—including the beautiful 277-acre Lake Naomi—were acquired for development. Tom W. Fiers’ brother, Carl W. Fiers, negotiated the land purchase that would become the Lake Naomi community and sold its very first lot in 1964.
That history became a family tradition. When the original development phase ended, our connection to Lake Naomi did not. The principals remained here, serving the growing resale market and generations of homeowners who followed.
